Trails Chemical Tanker Military
I can only speak for the Canadian military, I was a weapons technician for some years and I was informed that we have swore to never use chemical warfare. But bombers dropping trails of chemicals is not unheard of and it is actually a huge concern of going to war with another 1st world country. However, my honest opinion is that the military will bend their own rules under the right circumstances.
