My goodness! Poor old man! My heart breaks as I read the pain this man went through. Whoever is responsible needs to pay with life in prison!

Five dead at Florida nursing home that lost power during Hurricane Irma. Three people were found dead at the Rehabilitation Center at Hollywood Hills and two others died after arriving at the hospital, Broward County Mayor Barbara Sharief said Wednesday. The home had been without power for several days after Hurricane Irma. Police and fire crews began evacuating the facility on Wednesday morning, she said. Ref. USAToday.
