
Boomers' hep C tests may torpedo insurance
A government proposal that all baby boomers get tested for hepatitis C may be getting high praise for its potential health benefits, but its also raising questions about the unintended consequences of screening for those seeking insurance.

As I am part of the baby boomer era I can see how that the costs associated with health is going to increase to higher levels. There are a lot of people turning 65 every year now that most of the baby boomers are reaching retirement age. While not all of them will retire there is a lot who will. I know most of them have not worried about their health until now. So I am not really looking forward to seeing what my health care costs are going to be as more of us age.
