Prisoners Option Euthanasia
It doesn't make sense. If we want to implement euthanasia in prisons then just kill the prisoners by sentencing them to the death penalty and get over it. However, if the reasoning is that the prisoner should be allowed to "Choose" Then no, once you are a prisoner you shouldn't have to have the privilege to choose.
