I think that every serial killer should be allowed to write his memoirs down. Then, since he has lost his rights because he is a violent criminal, the profits should go to the victims alone, and none to the killer. That way, something can go to the victims for their lose, something he can contribute to their lose in a positive way since he took something so precious from them.
