France votes to ban children's beauty shows

France's Senate has voted to ban beauty pageants for children under 16, in an effort to protect children - especially girls - from being sexualised too early. Ref. Source 4

I am totally in agreement with France! Here in the US some mothers abuse their children by forcing them to participate in these so called beauty pageants. They even make them tan, and pose in sexualized positions! Pouting and all!

Good! I think those shows take away the innocence of the children and give pedophiles something to drool over. Its one thing to 'dress up' and another to be 'adult' about it.
