Drunk drivers must fit 'alcolocks' to cars

Dutch drivers caught operating a car while massively over the legal alcohol limit will be forced to fit their cars with "alcolocks" which automatically lock the engine if the driver is over the limit. Ref. Source 2

Nice idea but I can already envision some dedicated drinker finding a way around any system from getting in his booze and still driving. That's why drunk drivers deserve prison time.
