"It it just dirty? Or unholy water?" Twilek also casts Detect Magic to look around the room. If there are any religious symbols, he tries to identify them, already suspecting the shrine is devoted to Lamashtu.

Resfrix will head towards the shrine to see if he can figure out who the shrine was to. He will search along the edge of the water to see if there is anything he can do with it. Resfrix will bless the water in the name of Sarenrae to make the water dirty holy water.

Twilek is correct in his assumption, the shrine is indeed a shrine to Lamashtu. His detect magic and Erdoshanta's detect magic detect the water itself to be magical (Unholy water).
Upon looking around, the party see's some stone doors to the east, but not much else.
What will they all do next?
"I hate these unholy places, they give me the creeps." Pathfinder readily admits as she looks towards the stone doors.
Ian rests his back on the wall next to the doors, and makes a "Remain silent" Gesture to the party.
Erdoshanta stations Mazzranache on the other side of the doors.
As everyone approaches, Ian opens the door, shield and sword sheathed, and bow readily knocked. He then aims with his bow and checks around by just moving his eyes.
Erdoshanta waits for any noise to perform any action.
Resfrix is unsuccessful in his attempt to make the unholy water into holy water.
The rest of the party peers into the adjoining room, weapons ready.
This huge room looks like nothing more than an immense underground cathedral. Stone doors stand to either side of the main entrance, but beyond this, the walls are carved with strange, spiky runes. In the center of the room is a large pool, a ring of polished human skulls balanced on stone spikes arranged in a circle around the deeper midsection. At the far end of the room, a pair of stone stairways leads up to a pulpit on which sits a second pool, this one triangular and filled with churning, bubbling water that looks almost like translucent lava. Yet while wisps of what look like heat and steam rise from the strange orange liquid, the room itself is deathly cold.
Out of Character:: Perception checks please! While in the catacombs, please include a perception check with every post. This way if it is needed then I will already have it, and the game can move forward a little faster.
