I'm sitting here in my living room. It's 3:30 in the morning and this the third or fourth time that this has occured to me. It seem to that more and more frequently I'm unable to go to bed until the wee hours of the morning. I'm getting concerned that I'm begining to suffer from insomnia. I have never really had much of a problem before, and have tried to retire relatively early in the evening.
Does anyone have any advice for me?

As for advice, try Melatonin. Its natural, cheap, and safe because your body produces it naturally.
