I am sorry to say that we have people in prison for having a couple of grams of weed, when it is now legal for 10x that much if you have a card which almost anyone can get. The people stuck in prison for outdated rules should get released with time serve. As long as it is for nonviolent crimes. Keeping them in jail just costs us all.
I agree with Mjvb plus it only makes them worst because they would have gone to from just a minor offense to being in prison with hardened criminals that teach them how to be part of the underworld.
