Google Sued Over Child Porn Links

This Article really gets my blood boiling. Not even because I really have a passionate role in either side but because of the topic itself. I am not honestly sure if Google has anything to worry about as I have never performed a search for child porn on Google or anywhere else but I would be more worried about the web masters behind these sites rather than possible links indexed to these sites. It is almost like shooting butcher because someone killed the cow he is selling.

As a search engine, Google has no choice to display link to pornography if a search for it is conducted. However, to profit from these searches is a different story. If in fact they are making money from links that are connected to child pornography, then they need to be prosecuted.

I agree, this is a classic case of trying to kill the messenger. We all hate the idea of the easy access to child porn, but Google is not to blame, the perverts who create it are. Punishing Google is the equivalent of imprisoning the gun manufacturer for someone killing someone with a gun.
