Rival Libyan troops have clashed over two of the country's main oil terminals for a second day, leading to their closure. Forces allied to the Libya Dawn movement, which controls the capital Tripoli and most of western Libya, launched a surprise assault on the oil facilities on Saturday. Ref. Source 7

Libyan forces loyal to Khalifa Haftar attack oil ports: witness:
A port engineer confirmed that Haftar's forces had entered the oil ports of Ras Lanuf and El Sider, Libya's largest, and said one of the storage tanks at Es Sider had been set alight in the clashes. Ref. Source 9f.
I am sorry to see the fighting in the oil ports but as another stated "Control the oil control the land". Here in the midwest the cost of gas went down last week. Which happened after it was announced that there was an oil find in Texas of billions of gallons.
With Libya's oil production being lowered still I wonder what affect will this have on the world?
