PTSD effects everyone differently. While some can handle it in a way that it is not obvious to the outside world, others can no longer function in the civilian world. I know that some movies can cause some vets to have flash backs and I know some other factors that can cause an episode of violence.
Seeing some things and having to react to them in a way that you and your buddies stayed alive is not always a easy feat and it will change people. For the good or the bad either way we need to find a better way to care for those who are suffering the effects of PTSD like me.
