Which will you prefer if you had to make a choice between having specific break time at work or being able to surf at anytime during work (if your job is desk related)?

Time Break Surfing

I generally don't take a lunch break, I just surf while eating at my desk. In fact, most of us do that where I work. We are all computer junkies anyway so surfing instead of a real break works better for us. Its funny because no one ever says anything since its an IT company any way.

I would rather surf if I have sites like these to maintain, or watching an Ebay auction but if I do not have sites to watch over then I would rather a regular break. I find the ability to stretch and walk around much more enjoyable.
