A woman has been charged with assault with a weapon, following an incident in which witnesses said a driver deliberately struck a child with a car.

Child Car Drives Woman Deliberate

This is clearly a case of an older person losing self-control and using a car to teach this child a lesson. No one knows what happened to cause the woman to act this way, but she has some anger issues to address. Thankfully the child was not hurt, but the woman needs to learn that this type of behavior is unacceptable.
