New Zealand Cricket is going through tough times and very much in a re building phase. They have some good young talent but they need more exposure to the international game so in time they will improve.
The appointment of John Wright as the coach is a great move as he has made the progression from a good player into a very good coach as well. His experience with coaching India should hopefully help the younger players develope their game.
