What are your thoughts about Scotland Cricket: the players, coach, style and so forth?

I saw a replay of their match last summer against Pakistan. I thought they played a good game and it was supposedly their first One Day international match. This is one of those countries that has been able to make a name for itself, breaking away from its roots. They have always been connected with England until a few years ago in regards to cricket. But I think that separation was not just to be able to qualify for the ICC but also to further separate their country from Britain.
