Central African Republic Travelers & Passports

In other Topics about Tourism we cover what it is like to visit Central African Republic but what about when someone from Central African Republic, that is to say a traveler from Central African Republic visits your country? How would you describe them and how do they look upon you and your people?

The other part of this Topic is the Central African Republic ID / Passport, how secure is it and how much travel does it allow the owner? For instance, in some countries having a German passport can allow you to visit many countries without the limitations of visas, etc. Additionally, some countries are so desperate for tourists that you do not even need a passport to travel to them so long as you come from North America and some parts of Europe.

Lastly, will you be willing to give up your state / country's Passport in exchange for a Central African Republic Documents?
