| 1 | each | lettuce, bag, shredded | |
| 1/2 | pound | salami, cut into strips | |
| 1 | cup | mozzerella cheese, shredded, reduced fat | |
| 1 | cup | cheddar cheese, shredded, reduced fat | |
| 1 | each | tomato, chopped | |
| 2 | each | olives, black, cans, halved | |
| 1 | tablespoon | chives, fresh, chopped | |
| 8 | oz | tomato sauce, can | |
| 1/2 | cup | oil, vegetable | |
| 1/4 | cup | vinegar, white wine | |
| 1 | teaspoon | sugar | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
| 1 | teaspoon | oregano, dried | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | pepper, black, ground | |
Directions: | |||
| In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, salami, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, tomato, olives and chives. Mix well to combine. Prepare the dressing by whisking together the tomato sauce, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, oregano and pepper. Pour enough dressing over salad to coat, toss and serve. | |||
