I may be an odd ball but I actually like a lot of her music. Some of it I find hard to understand what it is she is actually saying since she apparently dropped out of her class in school that was teaching students how to speak clearly. (There was a word for that but I wasn't sure if I could figure out how to spell it so I didn't even bother trying.)
As for her being taken to the hospital after her performance in Tokyo... She is out for media coverage as much as she can get it. What better way to have the media show up than to be taken to the hospital? I'm sure she was in a lot of different articles relating to that.

I like her music and I like her much better than her sister. I think she is more down to earth than her sister.
If she is pregnant or not is no concern to me she is 23 and she can have a bay big deal she is not a child anymore. IF she gets married then I hope she has a great marriage. I think too many people read too much into a stars life. I may follow their career but I could care less about some of their personal life. I am guess I am glad I do not have group of photographers following my every move.
