Workouts Fuel

My gym teacher and football coach always told me the same thing, bulk up on carbs the day before the game. So I always ate allot of pasta and bread the night before the game to give myself plenty of energy for the upcoming challenge. During the off period, he wanted us to eat protein for our weight training to help support our muscle growth and training.
