Best B Rated Horror Movies

There are some pretty hilarious 'B' grade horror (supposedly) flicks out there, past and present. What are your favorites and why?

Mine are 'Killer Klowns From Outer Space' and 'American Werewolf In London'.
Then entire concept and execution of Klowns was just hilariously horrific.

In Werewolf I espeically loved the parts where the dead guy keeps visiting his friend in a movie theater and each time he appears he's rotted and decayed a little more. It's so funny I was rolling on the floor of my friends house when I saw it.

Movies Horror Rated Best

I always saw the Scream movies as being B rated just because the whole thing is ridiculous but yet every 'horror' lover likes them . I don't have a favorite.
