I do agree that anyone can learn a certain level of skill in almost anything, but they will always hit a level that they cannot go past, if they do not have natural talent in the area. If it is enough of a level to make them happy, that is wonderful. I've primarily seen this in the arts and some sports like skiing.

In more competitive sports there seem to be so many who are not satisfied with their level of skill. Tennis, Golf, Bowling and so on.
