Everything changes. Even energy changes as it goes through time. Time even changes as it passes. To get the idea sit and watch waves rolling in as in the picture. You can see the waves working on the land. This is energy in motion and it is changing as we watch it. The fact that energy is a constant but constantly changing is what brings life Without this energy we could not be.

If we do not change then all stagnates and death becomes us. So change is not just good but can be a cause for great stress which will strengthen us in the end.
As far as the crab remarks goes that is just way too true have any doubt survey a sleazy bar some time.
