That is definitely a piece of art and I would have liked to see it for real but it belongs in Las Vegas not North Korea. If they get tourists coming just to see that, as nice as it looks, then they're lucky.

The first post says it was supposed to open in 2013 and we are heading towards 2017. Upcoming sanctions will make it that it never opens. What's the point of having a tourist industry if there is nothing that tourists want to see. They cannot even take pictures.
