What do you do if you are an Orphan and have no clues about who or where are your parents>

Orphan Are You What

I believe that the state still keeps records of who your real parents or parent was. After a certain number of years, I think those records are unlocked so that you may trace them for your own genealogical records. However, if you are just dropped off at a fire station or hospital, then this obviously does not apply.
