Of course not. ADD and ADHD are behavior disorders, not physical disorders. While bad behavior can influence and rub of on other kids and even adults in some situations, ADD is an actual mental condition that cannot be contracted from others with it. However, if you have children, you should limit your childs exposure to someone with unrestrained ADD. That is to say a parent that does not keep a reign in on their ADD child as their out of control can and will rub off on your non-ADD child causing their behavior to worsen even though they do not have ADD.
