Heroin, once thought the plague of inner cities, is increasingly the drug of choice in suburban and rural communities. Teens hooked on prescription drugs like OxyContin are turning to heroin because it's less expensive and more powerful.

Yeah, I see it on the news here every week. People overdosing on heroin is reaching epidemic level. And what's really bad is some of it is mixed with something or other that makes it deadly in smokeable form.
