Is Bellator the same a the UFC? I saw that they use the same referees as the ones in the UFC but not the same rules... Even the ring is a circle and not an octagon.

They were founded by different people and its a whole different setup. V is the CEO of Bellator and Dan White is over at UFC. They both use Spike TV to show their matches.
