Offensive Abusers Substance Are

Substance abusers are to be pitied, and are not offensive. I don't find them offensive because they are beyond the help of their own mind. While it is still their fault primarily, its not offensive because they can't help themselves any longer. Besides, if they are or should be offending himself, they should be offending themselves and be ashamed of themselves.

I can't say that it would make me feel offended, I would more so feel sorry for the person, because they have a deep rooted problem, that they probably aren't aware is affecting them as badly as in reality it normally does.
It is years later that normally the substance abuse takes it's toll on the person, and by then, it's too late to do anything about it.

I don't get offended easily and a smoker just makes me walk away or encourage them to quit and a drunk just makes me laugh. I have never been offended by any of them though. My cousin is a big drinker who can't drink that much and gets drunk easy but he makes me laugh when he is drunk.
