TONGA ROYALS KILLED IN CALIFORNIA CAR CRASH
Two royal family members from the South Pacific island nation of Tonga were killed when a teenager racing her car crashed into their sport utility vehicle in northern California, authorities said Thursday.

Teen Reckless Another
Alright, this is a good question to ask of the teens on this site. Using my own experience of driving when I was sixteen (13 tickets in 2 years) and knowing what teens are like today, should teens be required to wait longer before being allowed to drive? I know you don't want to here that, but I have to think that a more mature person would not have caused the death of these two. They were racing for goodness sake.
