What size SD Memory Cards do you normally use for your digital camera?

I got a 16MB SD card with my digital camera but quickly purchased a 1GB card for the extra room. This way I don't have to worry about filling up the card and having to delete pictures to take more. I haven't filled this new card yet.

I am discovering that the internal 16MB of my camera is definitely not enough and will have to get something of larger size, but I believe 1GB is a bit pricey. I have seen some on Ebay, anyone got deals there?

I have seen 1GB cards as cheap as $20 US after rebates. I suppose that is the catch if the rebate cannot work outside the US. Here is a link to buy.com's deal:

Wow (thanks for the link), that is really good, especially since shipping is free in the US. I will have to check how much they cost here and depending on the difference I may have to arrange for my sister to collect and then send it to me.
