Dental Grills

DON'T LET FOOD GET ALL UP IN YOUR GRILL

Dental grills may bring a lot of "bling" to a smile, but wearing these devices can cause lasting damage, warns Dr. Matt Messina, consumer advisor to the American Dental Association.

I don't know why anybody in their right mind would willingly want to wear these. It is hard enough when you have to wear a brace for correcting your teeth, without using something like this to send out a statement about yourself.

Does anybody think they look attractive anyway?

It doesn't surprise me that they are causing problems, you shouldn't mess with your teeth, that's what we have Dentists for!

I like to think I'm open minded, but this is quite possibly one of the dumbest things I've ever seen.

Wait, let me tell you what I really think ... This is moronic!
This is one of those things that just make me chuckle and shake my head.

I wonder if it has any useful aspects at all, or if it's purely for looks. Maybe it comes in handy if someone punches you in the mouth or something. Even so, the impracticality surely outweighs the practical by tons.

I'm guessing this fad will pass quickly. Then again it might linger, like pierced tongues and baggy pants.
