Researchers have introduced a hypothesis to explain the "Lance Armstrong effect," or why testicular cancer survivors fare better than people with other advanced forms of cancer.

I truly wasn't aware that testicular cancer patients recovered more often than other forms of cancer. But it appears its the very nature of the testicles that make it more likely to recover than others.
