How do you rate the products in general that are produced by / carry this logo?

For those of you who don't know, Acer is a PC vendor. They sell laptops and desktop solutions to companies. Less known is that they also sell servers and monitors of all kinds, kind of a one stop shop for your business. They are one of the top 5 vendors in the world. They compete with the likes of dell and use primarily windows on their machines as well. Their prices and quality are comparable with Dell, but I don't know about their customer service record.

So far I have only used the Acer laptop and I have found their custom software to be helpful IF you are a new person to computers. In fact, they seemed bent on helping customers find their way around the laptop and Windows so well that their built in software is almost as large as the OS itself.
