I was just watching a clip from the Food Network about a Christmas Gingerbread House competition where the winner gets US$10,000. The winner created a two level cottage with a lot of detail. I remember when I created my first Christmas Gingerbread House, at the time we were living in Utah and I was going to primary school. We each had to come up with one as part of a letter grade, but that was just a small house. Have you ever created any Christmas Gingerbread Houses? I have never attempted this. Perhaps it is because all the dough goes to ginger bread men. Should we make this a challenge t see who can make the nicest one?

My wife makes a ginger bread house but she does not make a mansion. She just a simple small gingerbread house.

On another note there is a commercial that I saw where a gingerbread man is upset about people eating his house. I enjoy it. It is a cell phone commercial.
