CANADIANS CAPTURE TOP 2 SPOTS IN SCI-FI PRIZE
Author Robert Sawyer of Mississauga, Ont., has won the world's top juried science-fiction award for his novel Mindscan, while another Canadian has finished second.

Wow, I read Mindscan, it was simply phenomenal, keeping you turning every single page! I am glad that Robert Sawyer won the award, he definitely deserved it above everyone else. I usually don't read Sci-Fi but stick to fantasy, but a friend of mine brought it to work and told me I had to read it along with a new Dean Koontz book. I was not disappointed.
