It can only help. Improving ones flexibility, concentration, stress control, core strength, breathing and balance have obvious benefits for soldiers. Yoga works for everybody else too. You might want to try this simple exercise while sitting at you computer: Sit upright, with your best posture, breath in while pushing out your stomach, inhale on a four count, hold for a two count, exhale on a four count.
