10-Year-Old Girl Reportedly Throws Baby Boy From 25th Floor Balcony

A shocking story out of China today indicates a 10-year-old girl reportedly kicked and abused a toddler boy less than two years of age and then tossed him over the balcony from her 25th-floor residents.

According to news reports, video footage shows a 10-year-old school girl allegedly slamming the boy to the ground, kicking him repeatedly, and throwing him off the 25th floor of a building in Chongqing city in southwest China. The Daily Mail indicates 18-month-old Yuanyuan was left behind in the elevator of the building as his mother removed a bike from the elevator. Before she could get back to her son, the doors closed.
