FORMER JUSTICE MINISTER SAYS CLOUTIER FREED TOO EARLY ON SEX CHARGES
Former Quebec Liberal justice minister Marc Bellemare said Thursday the former music impresario Guy Cloutier received lenient treatment after sexually assaulting two children for an extended period of time Cloutier was granted full parole Thursday after serving 19 months of his 42-month sentence.

Nineteen months for sexually assaulting two children? This is a travesty of justice! How could he have been released this early? Even with good behavior he hasn't served time enough to make up for the fact that he scarred two children for life! The only reason he was release was because he is a musician, and that, is a crime within itself!
