Flag Nauru
The flag of Nauru was adopted in January 31, 1968. It mostly represents it's geographical location and the star shown is just south (26 miles) of the equator (Yellow) in the central Pacific Ocean (Blue). The 12 points on the star represents the 12 original tribes from the past.
