SISTER DIES LIGHTING CANDLES AT SHRINE
On the fourth anniversary of her brother's slaying, a woman lighting candles at a makeshift shrine to him was gunned down, killed at about the same spot, on the same day and at nearly the same hour as her older sibling.

This is certainly a very strange case. It's really tragic, especially as the girl was only 20, and the family are yet again mourning the loss of another young life taken from their family.
There doesn't seem to be any reason why, or explanation why both of the siblings were killed on the same date, time and place but 4 years apart.
I'm glad though, that the girl took her daughter to a relative's house, or we would now be including a death of a 4 year old girl to the toll as well.
