I was looking for a way to control my children's computer so they don't try to change files and so forth when I came across: CyberCafePro. It is really meant for if you are running a Cyber Cafe but of course you can use it for what I intended. Best of all it is totally free! The install and use is straight forward, the only drawback is that it cannot function standalone on the end computer - you must have an open network. This didn't work for me because I do not like having ports open to the local network but it may be good for someone else. Try it out: Source 4 / download: Source 5
