What religion has within it "Holy Smoke" & "Holy Cow" that people often say these things?

Cow Holy and Smoke Holy
The term "Holy Smoke" was a derogatory term towards jews (I think) referring to the burning of incense and sacrifice.
The term "Holy Cow" is a derogatory term used towards Hindus who find the cow sacred.
They are terms which allow people to use profanity in a way that is not offensive to themselves. They are still profaning some other gods names and terms.
