Joos Introduction

Greetings to all fellow gamers!

I know you may find the name a bit odd (god knows there are wierder things in this world) but it's actually a truncated version of a bigger, uglier one that I do not wish to reveal here.

I have just finished my undergraduate degree and am currently settling down to do some work. But RPG has always been a constant passion for me. This is the first time I am doing an online RPG though. And frankly, I am quite thrilled.

The concept of medieval ages in RPGs may sound cliched but there is no other theme that evokes such intense participation or interest. The vision of a knight jousting or an adventurous farmhand fighting dragons is hard to shake.

I hope I can fit in this forum. I am really looking forward to it.

Welcome, I have seen this type of intro time and time again, you want to RPG, you are so excited, but then this is your first and last post? Have you read the requirements? It clearly states you need 30 messages to start, yet all you have is one? Are you sure you up to the task?
