Lost Weight Most
Just recently when I lost twenty-six pounds. I was in a contest for the "biggest loser" at work. We all put in money to see who would lose the most. We weighed in every week. If we gained, it was a dollar a pound into the pot. I was at 316 when I started, and ended at 290 pounds. I'm slightly more than that now, but still trying to lose weight.

The most I ever lost at onetime was 22 lbs it was a buy in of $1500 and the winner got it all in the end. There were 10 people who bought into it and the winner was friend of mine who lost 28 lbs. He is now weighs more than he did before the contest. Man I wish I had that money back. I know realize that money won't persuade me to lose weight. I have been at 360 for 10 years now and keep trying but, I get so busy during the day I have no time left for myself. I know I know make time. but that's hard.
