As a mortgage broker in Arizona, Francesca Cisneros is used to working with big numbers. It's the double-digit speed limits she has trouble with. Cisneros racked up 70 speeding tickets in the last five months, a record for the Scottsdale Police Department, police said on Friday.

Wow, and I thought I was bad when I had thirteen between the ages of sixteen and eighteen. Man, I just never had any money, constantly saving up money just to pay a lawyer to keep the ticket off my record. But I'm sure there is some sort of limit before your license gets taken away. Good thing she seems to make enough money to cover those expenses.
