I think she keeps herself slim because she is running around with her children. I believe she is also working out during nap times.

I am sure she has a couple of nannies otherwise she won't be able to work on TV, etc. I don't see 4 as a lot at all. I heard over and over that after three is pretty much all the same .

I did not know she still did a lot of tv time. Yes after three it is pretty much the same just more toys left out and more bodies to keep track of but it is fun. I know once they are grown and they start leaving it is interesting. I hope she has fun with her children.
