Cops Can Arrest Anyone
Is it true that Cops Can Arrest Anyone they think is breaking the law?
The police can arrest you if they have significant evidence that a crime is being committed or has been committed by you. They can't simply say you did it and arrest you, thats how law suits get started. But if they see evidence of you committing a crime, or evidence that you have committed a crime, they can and will arrest you no matter where you are or what you are doing.
In Canada they use the phrase "reasonable suspicion" to detain you and search your person. Try arguing against that one.
