Teacher caught with student in the backseat of car claims she needed more leg room

She thought the police officer was an idiot? Who would believe that story? Apparently, the truth came out and now she faces serious charges.

That is most likely not the kind of leg room she meant. More and more teachers are getting involved with their students, don't they know how to have relationships with other adults anymore?

In my opinion, a 17 years old is mature enough to decide by himself (or herself) with whom he\she wants to have sex. If no blackmail was in act, I have no moral remarks to make on the two of them. From a legal point of view, that's a different matter. If law forbids it then law should follow its course.

That's what I meant saying that I didn't have any moral remarks to move them. Of course, the relationship can clash with the teacher's ability to judge all the students using the same parameters. But is not too different from a company manager having a relationship with one of the staff in his/her office.
